THE 500 CALORIE DIET INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUCCESS

THE 500 CALORIE  DIET YOU NEED TO FOLLOW WHILE TAKING THE DROPS 
This diet was put together by Dr. Simeons, MD in the 1950-60s. It works if you follow it to the tee. If you think you can make changes to it and still lose weight, good luck. Remember, you are only eating 500 calories but you are still getting the normal amount of calories a day because the rest of your calories come from your own fat - thus why you can shed up to a pound a day. The original diet used HCG hormone injections. They are expensive, bothersome, and can only be used once a day. When the hormone ran out in the afternoon, you'd get hungry and cheat on the diet and then you don't lose the weight. Our drops can be used multiple times a day to keep you mobilizing fat and losing weight. Also, on the hormone injections, you could only go a maximum of 42 days before the body got accustomed to the hormone and quit working. You would have to go off the diet for a month to 6 weeks before starting up again. With our drops, we have found that you can go as long as you want since it is hormone free with just the frequency signature triggering the fat release. We've had clients go 90 days and lose 100 pounds!
TAKING ENOUGH OF THE DROPS

Taking the drops are important. They contain the unique frequency signatures, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary and liver along with fat metabolizers that trigger the hypothalamus in the brain to release fat and help optimize the other glands to function normally in helping you lose weight. Take the drops a minimum of 3 times a day. Take them additionally any time you feel hunger coming on. Hunger means your blood sugar is dropping and taking the drops will help release fat and bring up your blood sugar. Some people will take the drops up to 8 times a day. Everyone’s needs are different.

Success with this diet comes from strictly following the 500 calorie diet.

Take your drops according to the instructions on the bottle. If you find yourself hungrier some days, take the supplement as many times a day as you need to control your hunger.

DAY 1 and DAY 2

  • Take the  supplement according to the directions on bottle. Do not eat or drink anything for at least 10 minutes.

  • Drink ½ to one gallon of water a day.  

  • Gorge yourself and eat as much as you want of anything and everything. This is important! Go to a buffet and get your money's worth.

DAY 3 ONWARD (Until you finish)

  • Every morning after using the toilet weigh yourself without clothes. This will help you stick to the diet, keep motivated and also reward you for your effort the day before. Keep a daily record, it makes a difference.

  • Take your supplement as directed on the bottle.Taking 10 drops under your tongue each time, hold them there for 5 seconds then swallow, always wait 10 – 15 minutes before eating or drinking after taking the drops. Take the drops every time before you eat. Before breakfast, before your fruit, before your lunch, before your second fruit, before your dinner, and if you have left over fruit or food from earlier in the day take the drops again and enjoy! This will help keep you feeling fuller, bring up your energy levels and keep converting the fat for you.

  • Drink1/2 to one gallon of water a day. Your body hides toxins in your fat cells. When you burn them for calories, you put those toxins back into circulation. Water will help flush them out.

  • We recommend taking measurements once a week. The reason is, if you plateau on losing weight for a few days to a week, which Dr. Simeons says happens to many dieters, you will still see inches lost during this time. Using a seamstress measuring tape (Can be purchased at a clothes store) measure once a week at the bust line, the navel line and the hips. You might also want to take measurements at the mid-calf, mid-thigh, at the belly button, and the mid upper arm. Record your weekly findings to compare each week.

  • Also before and after pictures of your self can be quite dramatic!

BREAKFAST
Drink as much of any of these teas as you want throughout the day: Green Tea, Yerba Mate OR Chamomile Tea. No other Teas. If you want, you can have 1 hard boiled egg (its better to remove the yoke) or a thin slice of meat.


For  LUNCH  Menu and  also For  DINNER  Menu

MEAT: Eat one serving only of the following meat – The size of a deck of cards or 4 ounces: Choose only lean meats particularly. All visible fat must be removed before cooking and the portion should be weighed raw. Cook all meat on a grill to remove as much fat as possible. Do not fry!

Lean beef, Veal or Steak (free-range only because they are estrogen hormone free. Estrogen given to cattle promote fattening them up), buffalo, skinless chicken breast, Egg (hardboiled or poached only), Fresh White Fish, Halibut, Swordfish, Chilean Sea Bass, Sole Flounder, Pike, Brooke trout, Jew fish, John dory, Snapper, Crab meat, Lobster, Shrimp. No other meats.


SALAD: A small salad made with only the following fresh vegetables. These vegetables are low in carbs - but that doesn't mean you can eat a lot of them. Carbs will stimulate insulin and thus fat storage. Keep your salad small!!! Use spices and seasonings that are listed below to add flavor.

One salad made of any or all of the following: Spinach, Chard, Chicory, Beet greens, Green Salad, Lettuce of any kind, Tomatoes, Celery, Fennel, Onions, Red Radishes, Cucumbers, Asparagus, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Zucchini and cabbage. No other vegetables.

These can be raw, steamed, grilled without oil or gently boiled.

SEASONING

Meat and Salads can be seasoned with half of a Lemon or Lime, Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar, Mustard Powder or Yellow Mustard Dressing, White or Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Garlic, Sweet- Basil, Parsley, Thyme, Marjoram, or any other herb.

Drink as much of the teas mentioned above as you want.

Absolutely NO oil, butter, dressings of any kind even if they say DIET.

FRUIT TREATS

Keep the sizes small. Again, fruit is a carb and carbs stimulate insulin and thus – Fat storage.

You can have 2 helpings of any kind of the following fruits a day:  Small Apple, ½ large Grapefruit or 1 small grapefruit, Small Orange, a handful of strawberries. You can eat these anytime during the day before or between meals as a snack.

VEGETARIAN DIET PLAN

For vegetarians, there are alternatives for the daily ration of meat. Dr. Simeons substitutes 500cc or ½ liter of skim milk; which I would split to 250ml per meal. Other alternatives for the daily meat ration include 100 grams of non-fat cottage cheese or one protein portion from eggs. This would be one whole egg, boiled or poached, with the whites of 3 more eggs.

These substitutes work inside the diet, yet Dr. Simeons found that you will lose weight half as fast as non-vegetarians. However, you need to be comfortable with this program and you need the protein or else you will lose muscle instead of fat and we wouldnt want that now would we!


DO’S and DON’TS

  • No creams, lotions or moisturizers except for oil-less moisturizers. Use a glycerin based moisturizer cream.
  • Prescriptions med and over the counter meds are okay to take.
  • Vitamin and minerals are fine to take.
  • Buy and use a crystal rock for deodorant found at health food stores or on the internet.
  • Do not skip meals. We need to stay healthy.
  • Exercise isn’t necessary for the diet to work, but going for a daily 30 minute brisk walk in the morning will only add to your success in losing weight.
  • If it’s not on the diet, don’t eat, drink or chew it. That’s right, no gum, try mouth wash instead.

WOMEN ONLY

  • No cosmetics other then lipstick, eyebrow pencil or facial powders like Bare Minerals cosmetics.
  •  Do not use any form of lotion or moisturizer unless its oil free.

HUNGER PANGS

  • Mild hunger will vary from time to time from person to person and will usually last only a few days initially. Most will have no problem at all.
  • The Lose it Fast diet drops promotes the mobilization of fat into body fuel which keeps your blood sugar stable throughout the day.
  • If you find yourself getting hungry at the same time each day, eat one of your fruits about 30 minutes before the time you find yourself getting hungry each day.

YOU AREN’T LOSING WEIGHT AND / OR YOU ARE CONSTIPATED

  • Do your Lose it Fast HCG drops in the morning, drink ½ to one gallon of water and then eat 6 apples throughout the day. No other food. This should clean you out. If constipation is a constant problem, try using a sugar free fiber product or a herbal stool softener to help keep you regular. If you don't have daily bowel movements, you might not show proper weight loss.
PROGRAM DURATION

The diet is generally followed for for as long as you want to go since our product is hormone free, the body does not built up any tolerance to the product. With the Lose It Fast sublingual drops, many people will go up to 8 or 9 weeks before taking a break for a few days or a week before going back onto the diet.
